Class 1: Dance Foundations

Summary: Learning the key Primal Prancing principles and the elements that govern dance (moving to music).

  • Movement Pillars: What to do with your body?
    • Prance vs Plant: What are they and when to use each?
    • BASS Movements: The foundational moves you can always fall back on.
    • CATS Movements: The elements that take your dance to the next level.
  • Musical Foundations: How to find the groove within your BOMB music?
  • Mini dance class: Prance N' Plant only.
  • Answer any pressing questions.

Class 2: DanceOps - How to Practice?

Summary: Learn the protocols that reinforce all of these fundamental concepts.

  • Dance class: Exploring all of the Primal Prancing Sections and their why.
    • Playful Poses
    • Prance n Plant
    • Prescribed Prance
    • Prompted Prance
    • Prance Party
    • Playful Poses
  • Have it your way: How to take these concepts and make them your own.
  • Answering any questions.

Class 3: Primal Prancing in the Wild

Summary: Take what you've learned at home and build your own dancing tribe.

  • Confidence: How to feel less awkward?
  • Community: How to make friends without being creepy?
    • Concert prompts: Ways to make concerts more fun with your friends.
  • Curiosity: How this changes based on the event?
  • Answer any questions.

Class 4: Recap + Next Steps

Summary: Summarize and bring it all together around how to keep the momentum going.

  • Recap: Go through and reinforce key concepts from the previous 3 sessions.
  • Next Steps: How you can further your dance journey? (free to paid)
  • Reflect: Feedback is a gift
  • Ask any questions.
